Like your whimsical take on the theme Sylvia. The colour of the packet contrasts well with the water, however I hope it was empty!

@Stu: I'm sure it was empty, no need to waste perfectly good cigarettes, now is there? I spend a lot of time out with my trusty blunderbuss, aiming at litterers (ew, what a word to say) and to keep up the image abroad of violently eccentric Americans.

@Duncan Galbraith: Nice point! Interiors of Italian houses are spotless, as are the exteriors of Italians. The streets are filthy, littered, here in the North at least. I do not dare to speculate on the interiors of Italians themselves as a cross speculation might bring out The Inner Dirty Diaper of my Inner Screaming Brat----and THEN where would we be????

See most people would have taken the shot of anything but the litter in the water ... :-) But that's what makes you unique - that unflinching eye for the spot that mars the beauty. Errr.. so I think it's excellent and true to form! Thanks for your help in making this theme a success, Sylvia! Please clean up Milan before you move away, since the residents can't seem be trusted to do it themselves.
